I found Force 10 PM very easy to work with, quick to respond to emails/calls, very helpful and accommodating.
The property I'm renting with them is clean and very well looked after.
Overall I am very happy with the decision of using Force 10 PM.

The worst letting agents I've ever had to deal with. Trying to get the deposit back has been a nightmare. Communication very poor. Only got half of it back and now I've had to pass this on to a solicitor.

They may appear to be cheaper but have all sorts of hidden costs. They don’t do the job they are charging you for and have a couldn’t care less attitude.
I would recommend anyone use a proper well established agent even if it costs appear higher.

Renting a place to live can be stressful, especially when you are also moving from another country, as I was. My experience with Force 10 was outstanding throughout, and all the people were friendly, flexible and very helpful. Thank you Ovidiu, Hazel and Steven!

Had a horrific time working with this company.
They were there every step of the way getting us into our property, giving off the guise of professionalism on the surface, that they were hard working and would work with you along the way, told them about how we had previously had negligent landlords that wouldn't do their job and as soon as they got us in the property they stopped all work that had been agreed and started lying to us about work that they would do (they later admitted the landlord never had any intention of doing the work they were promising us), strung us along, getting quotes for work they had no intention of doing and then eventually just started ignoring our requests completely, had to get Doncaster council involved to force them to complete the work to bring the house to a bare standard of living, this took months and months of effort on our part and the whole time they were completely unsupportive.
Any work that was done had to be provided by us as there workmen never seemed to be available and would cancel after making appointments over and over again, then they would just get us to find and complete any work ourselves, THEY EVEN TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CHARGE US FOR THE WORK AFTER AGREEING TO PAY FOR IT!
I would warn people to be very, very careful as a tenant, we always pay our bills and left the house in better condition than we moved into it, their loss to lose a good tenant, they basically made the house unliveable and completely ignored any problems raised by us. They also ignored our basic requests for our landlords contact information which is our right to have, after asking for it 3-4 times we simply gave up and moved as it was very clear they had no intention of working professionally with us and just wanted our money for as little effort as possible. Makes me wonder how little they tell the landlords aswell about what happens at their properties as they definitely made an active effort to keep us out of the loop in our case.
Also to be clear, this is not a fake review atall, I am trying to point in experiences that seemingly a few other people have mentioned about this company, they get you in and then do as little as possible and even lie to you to keep you there. I have first hand experience of this company doing exactly what I have mentioned above, over and over again.
