I recently moved to the UK and had the arduous task of finding a rental home. I had been warned by many that this would be a very stressful and difficult process.
On reflection though I think this was because they did not have Grace Trzopek from Fosters as their agent.
From the moment I contacted her she has been a true professional; patient, quick to respond, providing constant communication and nothing short of exceptional.

Rented a new place, rubbish left in the flat, toilets filthy, urine on the floor, limescale everywhere, sawdust in places, handprints on the walls. Place had been left unfinished, not impressed. Not ideal when moving in with a very young baby. Got told after we moved in we had no arial point, which I would have thought is a basic amenity, and should have been highlighted before we moved in! Pretty fuming to be honest!
In terms of the office and how it was processed it was quick and efficient, done digitally which was good, although made difficult by splitting everything in 2 for myself and my partner, one payment would have been easier. No fees though which was good. Person who showed us round was good.

We’ve been tenants in properties run by Fosters for almost 7 years now, no problem has ever been too big or question too silly. The staff at Aldershot are all incredibly friendly and professional, they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions for us, more than you’d expect from your estate agents. They’ve always responded fast to any queries or issues we’ve had in the past, and address the matters efficiently. After all this time I can’t imagine having to be under any other company as I feel nothing will compare. Thanks again for all you’ve done and continue to do!

Recently brought a Flat through Fosters and couldn’t recommend them enough!
The Estate Agents were extremely honest during the viewings and then remained in contact until the purchase was completed.
They were constantly there helping to chase up solicitors on either side and helping to explain the process and why it was taking so long!
When it comes to moving on will definitely go through Fosters!!

Recently sold my property with a huge amount of help from Simon and Jamie at Fosters. They were really helpful every step of the way. Especially as most of those steps were always very tricky. Simon was always super helpful and super knowledgeable about every issue that came up during the selling process and most likely if it wasn’t for Simon guiding me through the different hurdles that arose the sale would have definitely fallen through. Cannot thanks Simon and Jamie enough and I cannot recommend better people to help you sell or buy a property. They really are experts in what they do and they really do care about you and your property.
