Our sale was delayed for various reasons and Fox were excellent at communicating updates to us throughout. They also facilitated multiple viewings for us to get quotes etc. They really went above and beyond - even bringing us the keys on moving day, which was so appreciated. They was calling my every day with the same questions... simply they got nothing else to do or not enough clinets to dealing with so they go plenty of time to bother their clients... anyway, when deal was off they didnt even hesitate to message my about it...
