I contacted Fox & Sons as I needed a house valuation. Within 3 days of making contact, Jack Allsobrook visited my home, he provided a detailed valuation and talked me through how a marketing strategy could help get me the best price. He was engaging and showed genuine interest, really impressed.

Britney was very helpful and proactive in sending properties through to view, even ones I had not seen/found myself, which resulted in me finding (Britney finding) the perfect place I viewed with Harvey who was also very friendly and helpful.
I ended up having an accepted offer less than 24 hours after viewing the property with the additional help of Matt & co.
Very efficient team.

Cannot thank the team at Amesbury enough! Joe, Amy and Courtney were amazing, professional and friendly throughout the entire process, even with delays caused further down the chain and the stressful situation the process can be, they went above and beyond to assist, chase up solicitors, other estate agents and be available whenever we needed them.
Highly recommend!

When selling our house recently, we had quotes from local estate agents and chose Fox and Sons because they actually seemed to care and take an interest in us and our house!
We were glad we did as we thought they were fantastic, Beth, Leon and Matt were friendly, helpful, professional and always available to answer any of our questions. (No matter how random they were!)
Leon kept us updated throughout the process and we definitely felt that we were in good hands.
Whilst Fox and Sons may not be the cheapest option, it was definitely worth it and we would thoroughly recommend them

Awful. Made an offer on a probate property (cash) with no response. Had the feeling there was something not quite right - heard nothing for over a week. Fox's said that they could not contact the family. We had a hunch that the offer had not been put forward. They eventually said the offer had been refused. Lo and behold now looking at HMLR sold prices website the property was sold for £20k LESS than our offer so the family has lost out on £20K. BEWARE!!!!!
