I tend not to ever write reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to. I recently sold my flat with James Redington at Foxtons Balham, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He was always at the end of the phone, very dependable, honest, professional, incredibly experienced (in the local area), and above all, he genuinely cares about the client. I would recommend James to anyone in the local area looking to buy or selling a property.

Excellent overall experience, breath of fresh air compared to other agent who attempted to sell my flat. Foxtons got the job done in a timely manner, professional and excellent communication during viewing process. Post offer managed deal very well and quickly through to exchange. Very happy!

Charlotte was the best! Always smiling and so helpful. She never wasted our time and only took us to properties she knew we'd like and fitted our criteria. She got who we were and what we wanted strait away, we couldn't ask for more!

Myself and my partner were looking for flats in South London and dropped into Balham Foxtons, where we met Giorgia Patuzzo. From the get go, Giorgia was warm and friendly, making every effort to get to know exactly what we were looking for. We were driven to approximately 6 different properties over two days and viewed some really great flats, almost all of which we would have been really happy in. In the end we didn't go with Foxtons but we wouldn't hesitate to go there if we move again any time soon. So, if you are in Balham and need a flat- ask for Giorgia!

Once Foxtons have your details they will not stop contacting you. I have asked them repeatedly to remove me from their database, but they continue to call me every few months. To the point it has now become more than a tad annoying..

They also charge almost twice the going rate compared to other estate agents in the area that offer just as good a service. Save your money and go to someone who offers as good a service at a much better rate.

Foxtons handled my sale and did a great job. Compared to other solicitors I found them much more proactive and on the ball, something which is really required at various points of the process. Jenny Purchase and Sam Leaney handled my sale and both put up with a lot of hassles to make sure the sale went through - if I go through this process again I'd happily work with them again.
