    If I could I would not even give them a star, worst service, lack of knowledge and rude employees. Also try to include fees which have already been paid, firm is a complete shambles

    This agent came and valued my property 20% higher than other agents I called (40k more), and I had 5 other agents come who all were valuing it within a £5k margin of error. But Foxtons reassuered me they could achieve a much higher price than the other agents so I gave them sole agency. I later realised it was just a ploy to get my business. They made no attempt at bringing me anyone to view the flat, and then when 3 months had passed, they asked me to reduce the price to the same price the other agents had valued it. In the meantime the prices in that area went down so I achieved a lower price than the other agents had told me they could get. They also lost the sets of keys I gave them! It took me 7 months to sell because of Foxtons!! Absolute Rubbish!!

    I recently sold my Balham flat working with James and Charlotte. I have been consistently impressed with their professionalism, enthusiasm to secure the best deal and their willingness to communicate. I was informed about feedback after every viewing, advised about competitive pricing and at the final negotiation I had every confidence in James that he was working to secure the best possible deal. Both James and Charlotte deserve the highest praise for a thoroughly professional job. More than that it was a pleasure dealing with such enthusiastic and positive people.

    I tend not to ever write reviews, but on this occasion I felt compelled to. I recently sold my flat with James Redington at Foxtons Balham, and I can’t speak highly enough of him. He was always at the end of the phone, very dependable, honest, professional, incredibly experienced (in the local area), and above all, he genuinely cares about the client. I would recommend James to anyone in the local area looking to buy or selling a property.

    Excellent. We bought a flat and the photos and description corresponded perfectly with the reality. Very efficient and friendly team with queries answered immediately and in a professional manner. The Senior Sales Negotiator, Gillian McCurrach, ensured that the whole process was quick and hassle free liaising with our solicitor to answer questions, resolve any issues and was key in giving us advice about the area, unknown to us, and checking up on the flat before sale completion and even after upon our request. We cannot speak highly enough of her and Foxtons in general including the lettings department. Their website easy to use and gives all updated details about property visits, documents etc.

    Honestly the worst experience ever happened to my friend and she is still struggling with them to refund her the money. They gave her an apartment in Westminster with no heating and bad insulation and when she asked for another apartment they said no and they kept wasting her time for more than 2 weeks with no refund! I don't recommend this place to anyone expensive and unprofessional
