A retired lady has rented a house from Foxton's where the property is full of mould and has no heater and hot water, this is during a very cold winter. Jon at Foxton's Bishops Park are referring this tenant to the landlord who is completely unreachable. While this property is not managed by Foxton they are not helping her get in touch with the landlord or even trying to attempt to contact the landlord on her behalf nor tell the tenant what her rights are. The tenant has also asked if she can get the repairs done and remove it from the rent in which Foxton's have said no. Due to the coldness of the property the tenant is now in hospital. I have tried to speak to Foxton's about this but they are yet to reply. This is extremely poor service.... Read more

It was a tough task for Lamar Joseph to find me and my 2 friends a 3 bed flat that met our requirements, but in the end we got there and we really felt like he pulled out all the stops to get us the flat.
