We were very impressed by Vicci at the Greenwich branch at Foxtons. She was always accommodating with our need to view properties at certain times in the evening due to work obligations, she would pick us up by car wherever it suited us, and never did we feel like we were being pressured at any point. We were allowed as much time as necessary to view each property, and then we were given room to make our final decision. Vicci was also attentive throughout the purchase process, always responding to our queries in a timely manner and again never putting us under any undue pressure, particularly when our mortgage took longer to materialise than we'd expected. We're incredibly happy with our new flat purchase in Greenwich, and I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Foxtons to other potential buyers in the area.
