Xavier was a pleasure to deal with whilst I was looking for a property in the Fulham area this September. He was mindful of my wife's state of pregnancy and always accommodating of our requests especially with respect to availability at short notice. She asked me all my requirements for the property I needed, then hit the ball out of the park by showing me properties that were better than I could have hoped for. I went with Foxtons as - contrary to most people I speak with - I'd always had positive experiences with them. They advised me to ask for quite a high price. In hindsight, with the market tanking, it's possible we lost some potential buyers by going in so aggressively. In the end, they found me a decent buyer at what I now realise is a very decent price. So although we got off to a shaky start, they came good in the end, and that's what matters. I should also say that Ben Relton was professional throughout, going out of his way to recommend builders and be on site to enable building inspectors to visit (I was out the country).
