Foxtons - North Finchley

I dealt with Danielle Toland of the Foxtons Notting Hill branch in procuring a tenant for a flat in Holland Park. I cannot say enough about her effort and the manner in which she pursued her task. She was communicative and clear in all her dealings with me. She presented only well screened prospective tenants and in a market full of similar properties was able to still get me offers at the asking price she had suggested we market the property at. Through several stumbling blocks she was entirely efficient and did not once lead me on or pressurise me to compromise. It took three prospective offers before we were able to secure a tenancy and from start to finish Danielle was not only thorough and willing but also entirely understanding and best of all, in full good humour. Danielle Toland comes with my full endorsement, a professional who is a pleasure to deal with.
