Foxtons has helped us find our new apartment, even after we moved in they checked up on us multiple times to make sure our move went smoothly and we were happy with our new apartment. We were shown a lot of apartments that we didn't show any interest in, which was quite annoying, and were above our price range, to finally see the actual apartment we wanted to see on the third appointment.

His wealth of experience and knowledge of the local property market gave me great confidence, having had a previous negative experience of another agent. I requested a viewing of a property A and I was offered to view several other properties around on the same day. A negotiator named Francesco was helping me with viewing and finding suitable property for renting.
Strangely he was strongly recommending this specific property which had the whole interior refurbished but not yet been listed on Foxton.
Property was beautiful that is something that I cannot doubt and apparently I was the first to view the house. During the negotiating, Ive asked him to find out if landlord is willing to negotiate the rents. Even before this property went live on their listing, he told me that the property will be listed at £2450 per month but I offered 2250 per month to landlord.

Next day he came with an answer from landlord which was ‘Landlord is not ready to negotiate the price yet as I was the first one to view but if I agree to £2400pcm then we can get into paperwork and sign on the day’

Ive told him that I will view few more around and make decision.

2 days later, I see this property listed at £2250 on another agency and not even on Foxton.

I was just speechless.

Recently engaged with Foxtons Kingston to Let an Apartment in the Kingston area. I found the agent Suganth Wimalendran , who dealt with myself and the property in question very professional and very timely with his responses. During Covid-19 the online portal they had was very helpful as it allowed me to complete all the documents online rather then having to go down to the office itself. We also viewed the Flat virtually which was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Sugnath and his team to anyone who was considering to Rent or Buy in the Richmond area.

Jamal is one of the best negotiators I have met. He is helpful, trustful, and fast-responsive. Jamal is always thinking from your point of view with warm heart.
