Really unprofessional. They manage my property very badly. They didn’t act in my interest, they just care about their interest. And if by any chance you need help: forget about it.
They have stolen money from me, they kept the initial deposit from me and from the tenant.

I had a great experience using Foxtons in Chiswick High Road and especially from the help I have received from Carlo Crismann whilst I was searching for a new apartment to rent. He was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and he would pay attention to what I was looking for. He would make recommendations and he would offer his expertise and advise but he would never add pressure on me or he would never try to lead me to fast decision. Unprofessional and manipulative. This branch has appalling service provision for tenants. They are not worth your time or money, there are way better letting agencies out there, I suggest you use them instead.

Hey, it's a Foxtons. Yes they're out to get your money. But from my experience, compared to the Ealing branch. The staff here were more responsive, organised and overall far more competent. Our estate agent was lovely and helped us out however he could given our circumstances. Great experience considering it's an estate agents.
