Really terrible property management. We rented a flat, and when we came to move in the place was disgusting. There were leftovers in the fridge, trash everywhere, and other people's personal belongings in our closets and shelves. It took three weeks for Foxtons to send over a "pre-tenancy" cleaning service. They refused to do a check-in, which is a clear breach of contract, and leaves room for a questionable check out and return of the deposit. Our property manager was rude, would tell us to "Google it" anytime we would come to her with an issue.
Overall Foxtons is an irresponsible company, who does not care about the tenants.

My husband and I are very dissappointed with unprofessional staff. They came to the apartment banging the door for viewing without giving a notice. They only care about the landlord and they just intruded the house by getting the key from the landlord. My husband arranged another date but they did not even respond. How can they come to the property without the notice or an aproval of the tenant who lives there? This is outrageous.
