When dealing with estate agents in any form, regardless to which company or whether it is sales or letting, always without doubt it taxes me both mentally and physically. Without going off on a tangent I will leave it at, I have NEVER been happy or satisfied with the service (or lack of) I have received from the staff within this industry. There is however light at the end of the tunnel, her name is FAIZA. This young lady is the most professional, courteous and helpful estate agent I have seen, dealt with or even heard of. She listened to what I wanted and then went out of her way to find me it, she was on time, she always answered the phone, she followed up with me, and she did what she is supposed to do and negotiated with the interest of all parties in mind. I have no problem paying for a service if it is delivered in the manor this lady delivers hers. If you need help and everyone else has failed, if you are tired of rude lazy and incompetent unprofessional, don’t worry there is someone you can turn to. FAIZA.
