Do not use Foxtons. Untrustworthy, dishonest estate agent. Terrible experience with Chuck + team leading me to loose thousands of pounds in fees. They will agree to conditions of exclusivity, however don’t believe them. They will just lie and tell you to pay all the fees, that everything is ok and follow through on buying a property, only to wake up one day and find out it’s been sold to someone else.
Waste of time, waste of money, and I can agree with the other 1 star reviews on here, totally stressful, terrible experience.

Dreadful communications, only had 3 viewings in the 3 months I was with them. They also have my own property photos and however hard I try I can’t get anyone to send them back. You just get passed from pillar to post. Chuck the manager never picks up his phone. The valuation was way too high and the whole experience has just been a massive waste of time!

They really made flat hunting a terrible and anxious experience, while it genuinely is not. I learned by reaching to other agencies in areas of my interest and seeing a drastic difference in communication quality, transparency, empathy, flats choice, etc. Everyone in Foxtons is absolutely incompetent and unprofessional. The work culture there must be so toxic, they are chaotic and stressing to clients.

Really impressed with the Foxtons Notting Hill sales team. Emma and Ashley, who were responsible for my house sale, managed to get me a really good price for my property, above market value. They also were very supportive and easily contactable during the sales process, from initial offer through to completion. I also found the Foxtons Portal extremely useful in keeping up to date and tracking the progress of my house sale. Would throughly recommend to any prospective house mover looking for a friendly and professional service.

Highly recommend Natalie Simpkin-Robles and Emma Gerrett from Foxtons Notting Hill for sale of your property. They both have done an amazing job in selling my flat, they know the market well, they are very professional, engaged and efficient. Their social skills are excellent, warm yet authentic. They do the best to meet the needs of both the seller and the buyer.

I was shocked to discover such a glowing rating for this location on Google. However, many of the reviews are specifically about support during the property search process, not mentioning their customer service or tenant advocacy. I cannot recommend this company because of the awful service we received during the years of our tenancy contract.

We had the chance to have Ashley to assist us in the selection and the purchase of a flat in South Kensington. Ashley has been very professional helping us to visit apartments and bring our purchase to a close. He had keen attetion to detail and was readily available, providing useful insights and advice. Most agents l have dealt with in the pass have been very clinical, matter of fact… until by chance l met Chuck, what a breath of fresh air! The whole process was a breeze he was diligent, professional and a lovely manner that put me at ease. I would not hesitate recommending him to my colleagues and friends. The whole process from initial valuation to meeting all the agents and them visiting my property to familiarise themselves was done professionally with no intrusion they are incredibly professional helpful and go far beyond the remit of any other agents

Ashley Fawcett was my agent and he did an amazing work. Always available and I could only recommend getting his service. I was regularly in touch with him and Ashley never failed to respond to any of my enquiries.
He is professional, friendly very kind and available even after his working hours to go through the contract with me. I recommend him.
