    Once Foxtons have your details they will not stop contacting you. I have asked them repeatedly to remove me from their database, but they continue to call me every few months. To the point it has now become more than a tad annoying.. They also charge almost twice the going rate compared to other estate agents in the area that offer just as good a service. Save your money and go to someone who offers as good a service at a much better rate.

    I recently dealt with Matt when I was searching for a rental property in the Richmond area. I spent 4 days viewing dozens of properties and dealing with many estate agents and Matt was by far the best. The whole process with foxtons was simple, straight forward and took the hassle out of renting in London. I would not consider going elsewhere on my next search.

    It was my first time that I have been looking for a flat to rent through Foxtons, and I have to admit this was one of my best experiences finding a flat in London so far. The staff is very nice and professional over the phone and deal with your request very quickly. My main contact person at the agency was Matt Y, who understood my requirements very quickly and arranged a few good options for me to view on the same day. Since I needed to move to a new flat quite urgently, he acted very quickly, so that i can move in on time. Referencing process went very smoothly as well, and Matt was always reachable and responded quickly to any of my queries.

    Delphine was incredibly helpful with my property purchase. Professional and informed, she provided just the right amount of assistance without any hassle or bother. Would highly recommend her to others.

    Poor service from Foxton's in Beckenham. Firstly offered us a property which we paid the deposit and rent in advance for but they couldnt do the deal due to a broken boiler, then transferred offer to another property with promise that this one was ok however this was delayed due to problems with boiler again. Over all terrible experience and poor customer service from staff aswell.
