Horrible. Just horrible. Never ever rent with Foxtons! Me and my husband rented a flat with Sophie Rolls from Earls Court about a year ago. We never saw her again after we paid in full, except for the times when she would constantly ring me at work over and over again for a viewing, despite having the keys from our landlord. She was very friendly before we committed to the flat, but after payment she ignored our emails and even answered us rudely during calls. After we've moved out, we weren't able to get half of our deposit back, even though the house was in perfect condition. Even then, we only got the rest back after constantly pestering the accounts team for two months.

Buying and selling properties as we all know is very stressful and putting your trust in an estate agent when it comes to one of the biggest transactions you will make in your life is imperative. I'd always had a very dim view of estate agents from my previous experiences but thats an opinion which has now been completely shattered. Ben Connolly at the Barnet office took all of the stress and anxiety out of the entire process. He gave me honest advice about the market and how best to pitch my property. The team as whole worked so hard, were always polite and diligent and I really couldn't praise them any more. A huge thank you!
