Totally appalling, arrogant and incredibly bad mannered. The lady who poses as the head of the agency must be getting kick-backs from the cleaning agency and others. Cleaning the 2 bedroom flat costs 270 £, and they charge another 165 £ for what they call a "check-out", by which a man comes for 5 minutes and does nothing but request signatures from you. I feel that this is just one big racket going on there on unprepared tourists and foreigners who do not know any better. That kind of behaviour is scandalous.

Having dealt with other estate agents along the road I would like to single Foxtons out as one of the most efficient so far.
As a landlord living abroad we really need to trust that our property is in good hands, lucky us that Sameer El-Sebai from Foxtons 239 Old Brompton Road came across and took me to a great team of professionals as Sophie Rolls and Alexis!
Pleasure doing business with Sammer who had to deal with a property in the middle of London and a landlord although being present all the time yet a flight away from the property. Great Job : - )
