Nether White I met Mr Nether White 2 years ago to buy a flat in Hampstead, unfortunately, I did not find anything that I like. However, Mr White never gave up helping me look for my perfect place, always keeping me informed of new flats I would be interested in. I feel he really looks after his clients, I am sure I will buy a flat from him (Foxton) in the near future.

I went with Foxtons as - contrary to most people I speak with - I'd always had positive experiences with them. They advised me to ask for quite a high price. In hindsight, with the market tanking, it's possible we lost some potential buyers by going in so aggressively. In the end, they found me a decent buyer at what I now realise is a very decent price. So although we got off to a shaky start, they came good in the end, and that's what matters. I should also say that Ben Relton was professional throughout, going out of his way to recommend builders and be on site to enable building inspectors to visit (I was out the country).
