Yes, Foxtons charge a higher percentage than other Estate Agents, but in our experience it's been worth every penny. Shoutout to Jodie Ellis, who has been BRILLIANT throughout a lengthy and complex apartment sale. Without her tenacity and personal approach - regular, friendly updates so we never had to ask what was going on - i don't think our sale would have gone through. (We know of other sellers who lost their buyer - not us, due to Jodie's determination!)... Read more

Arranged a viewing with Ana to go and see a flat in Stanmore. I drove to the flat during my work day on time and was waiting for around 15 minutes. I called her a few times to no response while I was waiting and then received a text saying that the viewing was cancelled due to them not having the keys and that she was in a meeting. Completely unprofessional. I have had good experiences with Foxtons before and this is a real shame to the brand.... Read more
