The team in the lettings department were exceptional. I was made to feel very welcome, was informed both by phone call and email the whole process of referencing through to my application being accepted. The team could not of done more to make this, usually very daunting process, swift and painless with reassurance all the way.

Currently in the process of renting my property out with the lettings team in Mapperley. Within hours of the property being advertised we received numerous notifications of viewings and secured a tenant really quickly. The quality of possible tenants was excellent and the communication from the offset has been commendable. Our tenants are due to move in within the next couple of weeks and I honestly never expected it to be so hassle free and easy. The ladies have taken care of absolutely everything which is exactly what I requested. I will definitely be recommending the team to family and friends in the future.

Absolutely horrendous service, would not recommend them,
They were nice when they were trying to make commission and getting us to sign the tenancy agreement but once they have you in the property there customer service is outrageous,
Unfortunately our circumstances changed we have been struggling to pay the rent and bills and they had no sympathy or empathy,
Abbeys attitude is terrible , speaks to us like something under her shoe, think the jobs gone to her head, Riley has the same attitude
Now I’m under the doctor with anxiety stress and depression, stuck in a house we can’t afford and hate
