Awful. Unprofessional. Never use this agency. They will never help you once the deal is made. Even if you find a nice property advertised by them, look for another agency that can sell or rent it to you. These are crooks and don't know how to do their job. And we had this confirmed by a number of people who tried to do business with them. Steer clear.

BE WARY! Terrible experience - we got absolutely mislead by the agency on several occasions :

1) out of heating for a month and supplied by electric radiators only after 2 weeks in the middle of winter, only to get charged £600 more in electricity bills which we weren’t compensated for.

2) Inventory check at end completely different than at the begenning - including rips and stains which were purposly avoided in the begenning.

3) Charged a check out price of double the industry standard.

4) Never received streightforward answers on any of our queries - to the level where a budged for a broken bed at the £3000pcm flat was only £200 !

5) Specifically be wary of the 26 Artillery Row flat, as both the landlord and the agency tried to rip us off. We decorated the flat ourselves and extended the stay to help the landlord find new tennants only to get charged £110 for not giving back the keys in the morning but in the afternoon.
