Very poor service. Absolutely ignored us during the tenancy and the leaving process was a bit of a nightmare. An obstacle race, in fact. They tried to scam us so many times and in so many different ways that we actually feel very proud of the little amount they were able to hold back from the deposit in the end (and we're fighting for it at the TDS, regardless). And me and my partner are lawyers. If you decide to enter into an agreement with this people despite this, please review the agreement very carefully. Dodgy sections to be removed before signing are for granted.

Poor customer service, untrustworthy and dual faced treatment towards Tenant. Threw away/disposed/removed valuable belongings and a TV from my friends apartment in merchant square, without seeking his permission or without even informing him, while he was away on Holiday. Outspoken and Rude behaviour from the agents, Please avoid if you are looking for a property around Paddington.
