We used Fraser and Wheeler in Dawlish to sell both our homes prior to moving in together and we have been extremely pleased with the service they have offered right from the first contact with Ben. My partners home sold less than 24 hours after going on the market and mine was sold a few days later. Communication has been superb and I have spoken with all of the staff in Dawlish over the past few weeks. My partners house has completed already in less than 3 months and I hope to be in a position to exchange contracts on mine in the next few days.

I used Fraser & Wheeler to sell my house because they came highly recommended by others. They are professional to deal with and know the housing market incredibly well. They valued the house realistically from the start, unlike other agents who over-valued the property. They worked hard to garner interest in the property, thoroughly checked potential buyers’ positions and were diligent in making the eventual sale go through smoothly and in good time.
