Our very recent experience of Freeman Forman Ringmer was really excellent. Stuart, Ross and Lauren have sound knowledge of the local property market and are helpful, friendly and highly professional. Nothing was too much trouble.
We were extremely pleased with our sale price and how the agent guided us through the process from the initial visit to completion.
In recent months Lauren has worked tirelessly to get us 'over the line' in what proved to be a long and challenging chain. Her excellent communication skills, commitment and tenacity were greatly appreciated!

I have just completed on a very tricky sale. No ones fault but Covid and Government departments. The staff at Ringmer office were just brilliant. So supportive, understanding and a delight to work with. They were professional, friendly and quick to respond when needed. This is not my first dealing with Freeman and Forman and I am sure it will not be my last. I thoroughly recommend them and thank them for their brilliant service.

Rubbish service. Yes, we're in a pandemic but somebody must be working from home to answer queries. No such luck, no phone contact, no answer through Rightmove, even an email came back as undeliverable using the address they supplied. Is there anybody there?

John, ably assisted by Hannah and Natasha, were a great help in enabling us to sell our Ringmer bungalow reasonably quickly with everything proceeding smoothly. John was able to provide excellent market information and prompt feedback from viewings to help us make relevant decisions. This included assessment of the potential buyers and whether they were proceedable. The team provided a very professional service and was happy in assisting In looking after the property, which was unoccupied at times.
I highly recommend Freeman Forman in Ringmer.

My fiance and I are first time buyers and had been searching for our first home for almost a year before we finally got the 'one'. We mostly used rightmove and zoopla to search for properties and so met with plenty of different estate agencies around East Sussex. We had a bad experience with one estate agent and realised how competitive and stressful putting an offer down can be.
The first house we viewed with Natasha at Freeman Forman wasn't quite what we were looking for but she took notes and phoned whenever something new popped up (really useful when you have a 'to do' list of phone calls to make at lunchtime which you never end up getting around to when intended!). We felt Natasha was so patient and honest with us and when we finally found a house we were interested in we made it clear how much we loved it. We were overjoyed that our offer was accepted and Natasha shared in our excitement. She, John and Hannah continued to be so helpful throughout, all the way to completion, and answered all our inexperienced questions in such a lovely manner. They kept us in the loop constantly, putting our minds at rest at times we felt we were bordering on insanity!
They say buying a house is one of the most stressful things you can do but John and Natasha made it so much easier for us. Such reliable people and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you!
