They gave me an appointment to see the house. On the day of the appointment, they called and said that the landlord says you cannot see flat right now, and they did not give any reason. Turns out they rented it to someone else. It's not nice at all. Because of this campaign, I couldn't rent another house that I liked!!!... Read more

Used Freeman and Grey to sell our property and had the best experience. They had sold our house within 3 days of it going live and made sure the process was smooth from start to finish. Alongside this we had a really tricky time with moving into our new property (purchased from a different selling agent) and Freeman and Grey took the time to call us up and check in on us and offer any help and support they could. Excellent communication and updates from all staff members not just the wonderful Joe. Excellent portal systems to keep you in the loop too.
