We had a choice of which estate agent to go with, after previously trying to sell our property through several others locally. When our previous sale ultimately fell through, there was only one choice in our minds to get us sold again - and that was Colubrid. Josh, Maya and the team have been so energetic and active in trying to get viewings and buyers for us. And, thanks to that, we've found a buyer at our asking price too. We're delighted with their service, so far, and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone else that wants to sell their property.

(Colubrid - Chelmer Village branch) We had not previously heard of Colubrid when we had our house valued earlier this year but were recommended them via the GetAgent site (along with two other more established agents covering the wider area). From the very first meeting with Mark and numerous follow ups with branch manage, Joshua, we could tell they were quite different to your typical estate agents. Reassuring, professional, candid, very personable and we are pleased to say they helped as achieve a sale price we were happy with. Joshua kept was able to keep us up to date with interest and provided sound advice and strategy. If you are looking to list in the CV area, you could not go far wrong by asking them for a valuation.

After 19 weeks with another local agent we felt that it was time to change to Colubrid who appeared to understand our location better. They reduced our fee & improved our marketing sending around a few quality viewers, 2 of which made an offer at the same time to achieve a sale within 5 weeks albeit at a lower than expected price. We proceeded however having achieved a reduced purchase price to compensate to some extent. Josh & Rob in particular we’re instrumental to our sale & deserve credit. We would recommend Colubrid accordingly.

Fantastic service. I had to sell my late mums house, Andrew and Josh were so helpful and understanding. The house was sold within two week and completed within 13 weeks. This was a very stressful time for me but Andrew and Josh took all that away, thank you so much.
