I would highly recommend fulfords if you are looking for quality service, they helped me so much when searching for a home, it took me a long time and fulfords was one of the only companies that checked on me in the months of searching always informing me about opportunities I could take to find a new place. They are professional workers that do their best to help you out. They helped keep me calm and helped me understand every process I was having issues with.

My house was recently put up for sale by fulfords estate agency in Plymouth. Lara Hewitt-Rees was put in the position of selling my property. Upon first meeting with Miss Hewitt-Rees she was incredibly well mannered and polite. I advised her that I do get nervous about matters of this nature. But throughout our sit down talks she had guided me and assisted me through all the paperwork and has been on hand to assist any questions I had no matter what time of day. I would highly commend her for her thoroughness and dedication to the job in hand.

Wouldnt recommend Jody and the rest of the Fulfords team enough. One of the most professional teams compared to other agents. Provide all information i needed. Very friendly team and i wouldnt go anywhere else.

Could say our experience was doomed from the start. Unprofessional and constantly having to chase progress of things. Second we were in the house all promises on behalf of Fulfords fell through and were told it’s not their responsibility as landlord is managing property - well don’t make promises then? Now stuck in property full of mould ruining our belongings, and fleas (with no pets), all with a baby on the way and a landlord that ignores all our correspondence.

Would give no stars if I could! My mum passed away, and I was selling her house. Had three valuations, Fulfords were 20,000 higher than the other 2. Naturally wanting the best price we went with them.
House was on the market with Fulfords for 4 weeks. Plenty of views but no offers. Never any feedback on viewings, I had to chase them everytime, they had to come to my work to collect the key for a viewing, as it had been taken home by one of the estate agents!
Eventually had enough and took the house off with them and used Yopa instead. House was sold in 5 days!
Rang Fulfords to arrange collection of my Mums key, told it had been collected, not by me or anyone from my family, promised a call back from manager heard nothing. Would not recommend Fulfords to anyone.

Really poor customer service. Was asked to give best and final offer for a house sale, now over a week ago. Since then have heard nothing. I called the office and they wouldnt tell me either way if I was successful, I was told that Jenny would get back to me immediately. Still no response. I left an answer machine and this was ignored. I expect my bid wasn't successful and they can't be bothered with a courtesy call.

I have been dealing with Jody and Jenny and they are both a credit to Fulfords. They are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the housing market. They have listened to what we would like and given us a lot of information and advice. If you are looking to buy or sell then look no further than this company!

I am currently purchasing a property through Fulfords Drake Circus Branch. From my initial enquiry to negotiating and securing the purchase , Jody and Lara have been enthusiastic and friendly whilst remaining professional and sincere. It has been a refreshing experience to meet Estate Agents that remember you by name and your individual needs, rather than stereotypical corporate agents that often leave you feeling like another commission figure to add to the board.
