Attention House sellers of Teignmouth
A five star review for a five star estate agent.
Form the initial meeting with Ellie (who is now the manager at Teignmouth branch), we could tell that she had done her homework on our house, she promised lots and delivered so much more than we expected, before we have even signed up, she advised she had 17 contacts interested in similar properties to ours.
She advised us that she would be able to achieve a higher price that the asking price, which she did. We just let her and the team get on with the sale, they did all the viewings and gave us weekly updates right up to the completion date.
We can’t thank the team enough especially Vickie the branch manager who took the sale on after Ellie’s promotion.
Just remember you pay for what you get, and we hit the jackpot with Fulfords.

We were first time buyers looking or our first house - we didn't end up buying through Fulfords in Teignmouth but we were so impressed with their service we wanted to leave a review! We want to particularly praise James who was friendly, knowledgable and professional thoughout. We were regularly followed up with courtesy calls without ever feeling pressured or hassled after viewings. We have dealt with many different estate agents over the last few months and Fulfords in Teignmouth were A+ in how they market and treat buyers - so I would certainly recomend them to anyone buying or selling a house in the area - they will work hard to market your property. Thanks again to them all, we both actually felt sorry not to be purchasing our first property through them after all their work.

Snatching Victory from the jaws of disaster, was how my husband
described our roller coaster experience with Fulfords in Teignmouth.
Initially when we placed our property on the market, our service was superb. I would say second to none.
However, and this is big however, due to a strange property market and considerable staffing issues, and constant changes within the local branch, this changed. There was no continuity, service deteriorated. The customer and their sales suffered, ours included!!!.
In steps Adam Crispen, first to cover, now back as Branch Manager. I cannot praise him enough. A dedicated, and highly professional individual through and through.
Fulfords and Teignmouth are lucky to have him and his new team.

I would like to leave a review for the manager Adam, he has gone above and beyond his role by helping us with the selling of our house and removing, prior to his arrival we were disappointed with the service we had been receiving, since Adam has been in branch he has manage to turn the service around for us with regular contact and ensuring we were happy with the process and keeping us informed.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Fulfords of Teignmouth, especially Jamie who valued and marketed the property. From the very start he was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and honest. He was always enthusiastic about getting our property sold and did so in a matter of weeks at a higher price than we had previously been quoted!
Took care of everything for us including our specific mortgage situation moving forward and the conveyancing of the property through to completion quicker than we had expected.
Big thank you to the whole team including Wendy & Tim who were always on hand to update and keep us in the loop too.

I was impressed by Tim, the Manager's enthusiasm and the willingness of his team to 'market' my house recently. I had previously been approached by 12 other Agents, all anxious to 'Sign me up' after I had independently 'marketed' my house for during the summer for several weeks. I decided to give 'Fulfords of Teignmouth' the opportunity, primarily because of him and within a few weeks I received 'an offer'. Thanks, Tim for your help and advice. The 'Job done' - now 'Sold' and moving on.
