As an experienced landlord who has brought and sold many properties in my time it's dissapointing when have arranged a viewing to have it cancelled because the agents have agreed a sale without letting all purchasers view and potentially offer. Unless this was a preferred purchaser ofcourse ????

Absolute disgraceful company travelled from very far away for a house viewing I was not informed that the house was take off the market 20 minutes to me arriving at the property, I had told the lady that I am travelling from a distant and please keep me informed but she didn’t even bother I had to call them as ask if were still okay she didn’t even want to speak to me she got her colleague to tell me and when I asked her to pass me over to a manager she cut the call ,they not trained properly and have not got any sort of customer Service training and instead of paying so much money to photoshop houses they need to spend a little more on training resources PLEASE don’t waste you’re time with these fools there’s no point making you’re blood pressure rise !!!!!!!!!!!
