By far the most unprofessional and unorganised letting agency I've ever dealt with. Two things worth mentioning:
1) The agent (Johnathan) was not honest at all with me. The room was advertised as "bills included" and he confirmed that face to face, he told me that before the move in date the mattress would have been replaced and the walls painted (there were several stains on them). The bills were NOT included (I've found out when I've received the contract, few days before the move-in date, after paying the booking fee). They did NOT replaced the mattress. They did NOT painted the walls before the move-in date but only after I asked.
2) The agency is very slow with everything concerned fixing things. Mid of August I had a leak in my roof, with water coming in when it was raining, this was their answer: "It does require a roofer because of the position of the leak. Our trusted roofer has gone on holiday. We have called a few others and it seems most trusted ones are away at the moment. So we will get someone as soon as we can but realistically it will be a couple of weeks.. In the meantime please remove any items you have underneath. Hopefully being august it won't rain that much and we will get the hot weather we have been having."
"Hopefully it won't rain much" gave me a good laugh but I lived there until November, WITH the leak [longest two weeks ever].

Stayed with them for not even a month and they've given me nothing but hassle! firstly they screwed up my moving in date the they messed me around getting the keys, only ended up staying in the property for 14 day!! and they're only giving me back £140 of my £400! deposit!! Absolutely appalling customer service glad i moved out when i did!

If you would like your patience tested, this is the agency to use. Unfortunately there is a lack of professionalism and efficiency exhibited by the Galleria Lettings. It has been outside the contractually agreed period of 10 working days, and they still have my bond despite my emailing 3 times and despite clearing all bills due.
Expected a quality of service and delay of communication, I would not recommend Galleria Lettings to any family or friends.

I called Galleria Lettings today at 12:30pm and spoke to Beth. Beth advised she will be passing my inquiry about a mistaken transfer (possible unjust enrichment) to Management. The last time I spoke to Beth was on 25 September 2018, when I was told that Management would get back to me on this matter (screenshot attached dated 26 September 2018).
The reason for my call has been in relation to an issue regarding a mistaken transfer of funds that occurred on 2 August 2018, which I have inquired with Galleria Lettings about on four times (via phone and email) since I lodged this inquiry. I waited to receive a response from Galleria Lettings by 5pm today (18 October 2018) as that was what has been agreed during today’s phone call - to this date, I've not received any communications. I am not if an agency is acting in poor service if they needed to be chased 4 (now 5) times before attending to an inquiry, or is this the local expectation?
It is great to see there is some positive feedback left about the agency – equally so for the benefit of the public it remains the reality that this is not consistent. Beth has been helpful in relaying communications to ‘Management’ but hereonin, I have not heard further. 5 unanswered attempts of contacting the agency makes it hard to provide a 5 star review (this is not a reflection on Beth), then again I am new to London and I will humbly concede if 5 attempts and counting (by phone and email) is the standard to be expected.

The negotiator and the office from galleria responded promptly when there were any issues with our flat and arranged for them to be resolved. Simple and pleasant experience renewing tenancy agreement with this agent. Would definitely recommend.

Need to say a huge thank you to Angelo Sarras. In all the time we were with Galleria he was by far the best agent we ever dealt with. Angelo was kind, informative, got back to us fast and answered any questions big or small. Thank you for putting our minds at ease with the move as it was a stressful time for us with the pregnancy of my wife.

John provided great support throughout the tenancy process. He was always available to answer any queries we had, and even dropped us a message once we had moved in to see if everything was fine.
This amount of customer service is not seen often in lettings. I would thoroughly recommend using Galleria for any future property searches. Thank you very much!

We were really impressed with the quality of the service and how Galleria dealt with our tenancy. Despite being in London for only 3 months and with minimal credit history, Galleria Lettings managed to secure a lovely apartment for us.
The staff were truly AMAZING. They tirelessly contacted our employers and accountants despite the time difference in the States and kept in daily contact with us throughout the whole process making our move real smooth.
I cannot thank them enough.

Could be good, could be bad.....do your research.
I did business with Galleria Lettings many years ago. I'll be honest, the service at the start was optimal, they always responded to our queries, on time etc...
However, about 6-7 months into the lease we discovered that we were living there illegally and that Galleria sublet the flat without having the authority to do so.
We, the tenants, did not handle the situation in the best manner but, we were all foreigners and scared of our living situation at that point. So basically, Galleria were nice guys
and helpful but, at the same time they had to know what they were doing was illegal. I'm hoping they've "legitimized" their operation since then since they really were
optimal agents the first 6-7 months of our lease.

We approached Galleria Lettings after four failed attempts with other local agents. The others either failed to respond to our calls or did not have the properties they advertised !
We were delighted with Galleria's efficiency and professionalism. We were updated throughout the process and their responses to our emails were always prompt. We would certainly use them again.

I really enjoyed dealing with Galleria Lettings. I visited the office in Victoria, went through all the documentation and booked the apartment. I asked if the knew a cleaner i could use They offered to send their own cleaner for free.

This is the second time i have rented with Galleria Lettings. I traveled back to USA for a year. Galleria Lettings did a video Viewing so i was able to see the place before i booked. They have a full time maintenance person , which is great as it means most things get sorted really quickly.
