Absolutely embarrassing. They refuse to pay back anyones deposits. I lived with ten other people and every single deposit payment was weeks (some months) late. When they gave out cheques the cheques bounced. They payed me £100 less than they should have and I'm still waiting for them to pay me back the rest that they've owed me for weeks. On top of this they actually lied to all us about our payments. They refuse to be professional. DO NOT GO WITH GALLERY.... Read more

If I paid my rent at the same speed with which they are returning my deposit, they would have evicted me off the property or taken legal action. 6 months on I still have not received my deposit. Please do not use this estate agent at all. Their lack of professionalism is scary and they are happy lying to your face and sending you email with not their names but randomly generated names so that they can't be help accountable for anytime....
