I had the pleasure of liaising with Jessica at Hamptons for over 3 years for my rental property in Reigate. I would highly recommend their service for landlords. Absolutely fantastic! I've really been taken care of with the team in Tadley. Such friendly, informative and helpful people. Sold my house so fast after being on the market previously with another estate agents for 6 months! Tom and Ethan were the main people I dealt with and they really helped every step of the way.

GP and colleagues were amazing from start to finish. Diligent, helpful and organised. Their advice was spot on and their role in the selling process ensured the whole thing went smoothly. Despite an adverse selling market the sale went through in 8 weeks; I credit this due to their professionalism, advise and support. Particular thanks to Tom Knight who was always at the end of the phone and went above and beyond what was expected.
I would use Gasgoine again without question and recommend their services if you are looking to sell or buy.

Fantastic estate agents, everyone from the office has been very helpful and professional since I've listed with them.
I am listed with multiple estate agents and they have given me 3-4 x times more viewings than all of the other agents.
Molly has been in charge of my listing etc and has excelled in every way possible.
I would highly recommend this company.

Thanks to the teams local connections we we had lots of viewings, even at a quiet time of year, which led to a quick sale agreed. Despite the usual hiccups in the conveyancing process, the team (special thanks to Simon here) helped greatly in keeping everything moving along, I know late shifts were put in and we really appreciated all the extra effort.
It was our first time selling a house and we feel we were satisfied with the support provided in what can be a confusing process.

My daughter and her fiance have recently completed the purchase of a new build flat. As Selling Agents Hamptons Surbiton went far beyond what we would have expected of an Estate Agent to keep the transaction alive during the eight months it took to complete. Paul Marchant, their Senior Sales Consultant, was particularly helpful right from the beginning. He showed complete knowledge about the development and the development company and, having been very effective for both parties during the initial negotiations on price and other aspects of the transaction, he added enormous further value to his role by maintaining meaningful contact with us and liaison with the developer throughout the transaction. We found all the staff at Hamptons with whom we had contact pleasant to deal with and Paul Marchant effective, steadfast and highly understanding and trustworthy.

First time of using Gascoigne Pees to let my flat and the people dealing with me were dynamic, enthusiastic and effective throughout the entire process.
