I went through several agencies in the area looking for somewhere to rent. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Keelie Field at John D Wood after requesting to view a property. She showed me additional properties and I was very impressed that she had a very good grasp of what my interests and requirements were, and she had selected very appropriate properties. On the day of the viewing Keelie took me around the properties and was very personable and professional and had an excellent knowledge of the properties and area, and all the additional questions about the properties were immediately answered by her. I ended up seeing a property I'd already seen with a different agent earlier in the day, and Keelie had an infinitely better knowledge of the property compared to her competitor. When it came to putting in an offer on the property, Kellie gave an excellent service, and the manager of the agency met with me personally, and went to additional lengths to try and secure the property. I couldn't recommend this agency highly enough, and Keelie in particular is a credit to the company!!

Alex Lockwood at Hamptons International recently handled the successful sale of our house. I have to say that of all the London property sales we've endured, this was by far the easiest. Alex and his colleagues were all charming and totally trustworthy. Best of all Alex Lockwood has a great sense of humour which made the inevitable ''bumpy'' patches bearable. His unerring optimism and charm made this far less of a trial than is the norm when selling a property.
