i recently let my property through Bairstoweves in Billericay and i cant thank them enough for the pleasant easy transaction, the staff are brilliant and knowledgeable i highly recommend them.

The lettings property maintenance dept do not answer emails, phone calls or deal with any issues with any urgency whatsoever! I had a leak coming from the bathroom dripping through downstairs into the dining room, it took them 6 weeks to get someone to repair! Now we are left with mushrooms growing out of the wall in the dining room awaiting for them to arrange someone to fix the damage caused by the leak! Since the day we entered the property we complained regarding electrics not working, over 3 months later still waiting for a response let alone a repair to be sorted...
