I called in regards to a property we wanted to view. Very pushy. Straight off the bat took my details and then told me, if our house isn't on the market then we wouldn't be able to view. Rude. Luckily if it came to us selling any of our properties we don't have to go through you. Silver linings!... Read more

Arranged a viewing of a property with Gateway - found out that the viewing would not take place from checking the website and seeing that the property had already been let. Agent i spoke to on the phone was also very rude and condescending. Avoiding in the future.... Read more

I have never seen a bad agency like this one. We paid 390 pound for their fees for nothing. They didn't come with us when we went in the new flat, they didn't show us the flat properly and besides they made us funny. We had a real bad experience. I hope no-one choses the worst agency in Bedford.... Read more
