I phoned up to enquire about a property they have advised on Zoopla. They said they don’t have that property quiet abruptly and put down the phone without saying good bye.

Unhappy landlord. Emails and voicemail ignored and am beginning to suspect that they are unable to provide a copy of the tenancy agreement - tenants have said this hasn't been renewed in years! If you actually read these reviews please get in touch urgently.

Alex and his team have been great as managing agents. We have never had to chase payments, statements are always delivered monthly, fees are pretty reasonable (especially in comparison to others), and their advice sound. They also found us great tenants. Recommended.

Very bad experience.
After giving them 6 months in advance, 6 weeks deposit and even £300 to keep the house, I couldn't rent the house because the asked me a more expencive rent monthly. To have all my money back I have had to wait for four days. The funny end is that I lost £100 they needed to check my passport.
It seems to me like a fraud.
Pessima esperienza.
Dopo aver versato 6 mesi di affitto anticipato, 6 settimane di cauzione e £300 per bloccare la casa all'agenzia, non ho potuto affittare la casa perchè mi hanno chiesto al momento del contratto un affitto più alto. Ho rifiutato la richiesta irritato. Per riavere i soldi indietro ho dovuto aspettare quattro giorni, comunque la beffa è stata la trattenuta di £100 per controllo passaporti.
Mi sono sentito truffato.

Una bruttissima esperienza mista di non professionalità e maleducazione. La loro incompetenza nel gestire i proprietari delle case mi ha causato innumerevoli danni economici e morali.
Agenzia per niente affidabile, la sconsiglio vivamente anche perché alla fine mi sono ritrovata senza casa e con £100 in meno!
A really bad experience, non professional and untrusteful. They are very incompetent even in the way to work with the landlords. That affected me very badly in an economic e moral way.
It is a ineffective agency and I think it is to avoid because at the end I have found myself without house and even with £100 less!

Truly, truly terrible.
One of the 5 star reviews below saying they are not like other estate agents, and are 'honest' and 'helpful', is by the director (or someone with the same name)... how ironic.
