Terrible service, would not recommend

We were about 5 minutes late for a viewing because of the traffic when I managed to reach them on phone. I apologised and said we'd be there soon. They said the agent only waits 10 minutes, so they have to speak to him. After another 5 minutes they called me back and said the agent already left for another viewing. My wife was literally next to the house but as no-one was there,it was dark already and she didn't know which house it is without any lights. I told them it took us around 1.5 hours to get there with our 1yo baby and I don't think this is fair. We'd been still in the property even if we were on time. The agent finally came back and showed the house. He said he already changed his shoes as he was wearing a flip-flop because he went went home.

I rented a property through this company,
They were there early giving the apartment a check over when I picked up the keys.
Helped me with any questions that I had.
Had the washing machine replaced within a week when it broke.
I got my full deposit back when I left.
I'd highly recommend them.

Worse letting agency ever!! Blame you for everything, property filthy when moved in, needed repairs constantly, feel like they don't want to help and your burdening or annoying them. Rude and very unprofessional. Don't use, you will lose a lot of money!!

Reliable and nice property agents, if any hk ppl come here to long stay, highly recommend they find this property, surely they will give u a wonderful service and yr dream home
