Petras property were wonderful from start to finish in the sale of my property. Georgie was highly knowledgeable, professional and experienced and the difference compared to other high street agents was clear to see. Once on the market Susie was phenomenal - a true expert in the local area, but also in negotiation, and in skilfully acting as a liaison between all sides - she really goes above and beyond. We recently bought through Petras Properties. We were very impressed with their agent whose experience and knowledge was second to none. Quite different to other agents in the area. Petras also did a fantastic job of getting the sale across the line. When setbacks and obstacles hit (as is frequently the case in the house buying process), they worked hard to liaise with both parties and keep everything on track, offering considered and helpful solutions rather than simply acting as a post box, which is so often the case. We 100% recommend Petras and would not hesitate to sell through them in the future.

We both rented and then sold our property with Petras Property and can honestly they the service provided was first rate.
From a rental perspective we met with a few agents in Earlsfield and none of them were as thorough and professional as Georgie. She had the property rented within a few days and at the rate she had told us she would achieve. Georgie managed the property for us as well and the service was first rate.
When we decided to sell we wanted to use Petras Property due to our existing relationship. We had also tried to sell (unsuccessfully) previously using some of the high street agents in Ealesfield. They had overpriced us and it felt like the mainly wanted to use our flat as a comparable for others they had in. This was never the case with Petras Property. Georgie gave us an honest market value (we actually achieved over the asking price), we had viewings from genuine potentially buyers. We had prompt and honest feedback. And when we had a buyer the process was very well managed. The sales side was mainly managed by Susie who was also excellent.
If you are thinking of selling or renting your property in south west London you honestly won’t find a better company to work with.

I was recommended Petras Property by a friend and I would strongly recommend them. Initially, I really appreciated their guidance when I was thinking about selling my house in Battersea as I'd previously put it on the market and it hadn't sold so I wanted their view on what work I should have done and what wasn't needed to sell the house. I found this advice practical and useful. Once I had done this work, they then did an excellent job of marketing the property - putting together a very attractive web profile and posting it on all the key websites - and recommending a price that was realistic and got the right potential purchasers through the door. In particular, I was confident that Susie would know the right things to say when showing the property. Within a week I had several offers and details of the status of each potential purchaser which meant I had confidence in the commitment of the ultimate purchasers. In addition, Georgie and Susie did a great job in making sure the sale completed. A great job - thank you.
