I have been trying to contact them on the telephone for the best part of a day, its constantly busy and no-one answers the phone. Wish I had read these reviews before I emailed them. First impressions - not great at all.

Worst agency ever, it’s been 3 months since i’ve moved out of their property and still have returned the deposit. I either can’t get hold of them or when I call I’m told someone will call me back which never happens.
Even adding ridiculous cost to damages in order to deduct what is given back as deposit

The only non 1* Review is Brian (the owener) Absolute scum, keep deposits, add in fees. Literally the lowest of the low. Please buy no matter how good looks done go for it!
You will pay so many charges, they will create damages and then refused to give your deposit until you take legal action. Staff are incompetent especially Brian & Julie who acts nice but is also cut from the same cloth

After two weeks of ringing they finally answered and I managed to make a viewing. However, on the day I rung up to confirm after not receiving any form of confirmation, still no answer. I turned up to the viewing and no one even bothered to arrive, or answer one of my many calls to see where they were. Absolutely appalling service.

I have to give a true review for 'glocal residential' even after having left the property over a year ago.
Totally appalled by the service here. No deposit protection and unreasonable charges.
Our deposits (2 months rent - over £1000 total) were kept for over 6 months due to petty issues - such as spots on the walls (£300+) and perfectly usable sofa is "broken" (£280). After 6 months of negotiations, during which the next client had actually moved in, we received half of the deposit back. I am not sure if The deposits ARE paid through the Deposit Protection Service or not, because we had no communication with an outside agency and there was no formal procedure to return deposit, only replying yes to an email. Without any outside agency, we were left without a leg to stand on.

Terrible service . After robbing myself and other students of the £400 holding fee which we were told would be returned , we were greeted by horrible customer service. The woman in charge, Helen was so rude and dismissive on the phone and even hung up on me! Was then told I'd get a call back from the man in charge whose name they refused to give me but haven't heard anything till this day. Stay away from this rude, fraudulent organisation.
