We had been struggling to sell our home with another local estate agent and were getting very few viewings.
I asked goodacres to do a valuation and Micheal came and explained what the issues were with our listing and why we were getting so few viewings.
After switching to goodacres viewings increased 3 fold and after a few weeks we had a proceedable offer.
Charis took over our account and was excellent in handling the process from offer of sale to completion.
If you're looking to sleep a house in Cranfield goodacres are the people to choose. Their rates are incredibly low and they know and understand the market and how to advertise your property.

From start to finish the team at Goodacres have been exceptional!!!
They sold our house within 24 hours of it being on the market not once but twice!!! (Twice due to us removing it and then popping back on 12 months later)
Michael really takes the time to get to know his clients providing bespoke guidance and recommendations.
Charis is always approachable and friendly and viewing property's with her was so easy and informative.
Lucy is an absolute super star with the patience of a Saint! She's a force to be reckoned with and will undoubtedly get the job done in the most difficult of chains

Tried selling our property with Goodacres last September. Great initial meeting, very warm and friendly. Then it went downhill from there. Poor communications skills, felt like we was chasing for feedback after every showing. Generally seemed dis interest in selling our poperty. Went elsewhere with lots of feedback/communication and sold in a matter of weeks

I approached a number of agents when looking to sell my dads house in Lidlington. Having met with all the agents, there was no doubt that Goodacres were the right agent to use. I met with Micheal who was very personable and knowledgable. Michael managed our expectations and got the property to market very quickly. With the help of Roop, we had a number of viewings carried out and the property was under offer in a short space of time. The sale process was not without its hurdles but these were managed exceptionally well by Roop and Lucy. A huge thank you to Michael, Roop and Lucy for all their help. I would have no hesitation in recommending Goodacres to anyone with a property to sell.

Michael and his team were absolutely fantastic in helping me sell my home. He helped plan a marketing strategy and gathered as much interest as possible before conducting many viewings, and getting many offers on the table. I was able to sell my home in under a week and above asking price, helping me purchase my dream home.
Considering this was the first time I've ever tried to sell a home, Michael was fantastic in helping me out, explaining the process, giving advice, honest feedback and supporting me throughout the entire sale process, which was easy to follow. I was extremely happy in how much interest he was able to gain in the property, the amount of viewings and offers brought in.
Goodacres were easy to get hold of, very friendly and always kept clear and constant communication with me, and provided a lot of advise that helped with my sale.
If you're looking to sell your home, I highly recommend Michael and the Goodacres team. Seriously, you don't need to look elsewhere when you've got an amazing crew like this behind your sale.

Good to report the service was excellent, great photography and images when the house was put up for sale. Really sensible conversation about where to be on price to ensure a good price in reasonable timescale. Once sale agreed the follow up has been good ensuring I was informed all along. Everyone was friendly and helpful no matter what I asked as the sale progressed. Very content with the fees agreed at the outset.

We cannot fault Michael and his team at the Cranfield branch of Goodacres for their support in selling our home.
The whole process was made very simple, which was really important for us as we were selling our first home therefore did not know what to expect!
From the first meeting we had with Michael to discuss our position, we warmed to him. He talked us through the selling process and what we could expect. We had heard so many horror stories with bad estate agents, so we’re a little apprehensive and were expecting some difficult and stressful conversations. It has been far from that. The team are constantly checking in with us to give us updates, which is very much appreciated.
Michael is friendly, transparent and extremely knowledgeable of our local area, which made getting the right buyers through our door far easier. From the moment he took photos of our house to us accepting an incredible offer was a week, again something we thought would take months! We could not believe how efficient they were, they definitely offer a great service at a very competitive price. No jargon or sales pitches, just a genuine offer to help.
I have, and will continue to recommend Goodacres to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy Estate Agent.
