I've been a client of this branch for several years, but I regret to say that the quality of their service has significantly declined. I would not recommend this estate agency to others. Their management fees are quite high, and their service is unacceptably subpar and unprofessional. Currently, I am awaiting payment for August's rent income, despite knowing that the tenant paid it to the estate agents a month ago. Furthermore, my July statement indicated that they had paid me two months' rent, which was inaccurate. When I brought this error to their attention and pointed out the absence of August's rent, their primary focus was on correcting the statement. Phone calls made to them go unanswered, and as of today, I have still not received the rental income for August 23.... Read more

My husband and I have rented our properties, for the last 15 years, with several agencies. We can honestly say that this is the worst company we have ever dealt with!
