Cameron at Goodchilds Stoke, has been excellent with the valuation of our property, advice on how best to market the property, photography to show the prime selling points of the house, and advice once the property was sold stc- our property went on the market with Goodchilds Thursday pm - 2 viewings booked for Saturday - one of which offered the full asking price which we accepted the following Monday- just wish that I had gone with Goodchilds from the beginning rather than waste 10 weeks of our time with an inferior local estate agent.

I've no problems recommending Goodchild’s Estate Agent, they understood exactly what I wanted & keep me informed of everything as the process went along. Was concerned as they were far cheaper that other local estate agents but very happy with the service.
Fingers crossed everything will continue smoothly with the sale but looking good at the moment.

I wouldn't even give these estate agents one star as they certainly don't deserve it. Customer service from this company is hiddious! They don't know how to type a email respone or call you. They like your money though and can take that very quickly! The state of there property was black and covered in mould from head to toe! Proffessionally cleaned they said! The cooker was black! The constant lies from Micheal walke and the staff is absolutely amazing to! This will be fixed, this would be done! Well if you want a reassuring estate agents don't come here as all you'll get is ignored and you'll take more time off work chasing these monkey's!!!!!!!

The Directors in Birmingham ignored emails sent about news and investment. If the news of huge investment doesn’t suit them, then at the very least they could be courteous enough to let people know, rather than blatantly ignoring several emails sent to two directors and not talking calls (checked and checked again to ensure that the email addresses were correct and got a read message on one as I requested, so they were received). Aim higher as it isn’t very nice and left me feeling like we had done something wrong in approaching you about our investment. As a subscriber of your business it left a sour taste :-(.

I was calling the agency for 3 weeks about a flat I saw on their website. I left my name and numbers at least 6 times and I was promised by getting a call once they receive the keys for the property.
Then on the 3rd week I called them again and the property had gone.
Didn't even give me a call that they got the keys.
I think this property was fake. The agency is unreliable... Dissappointing...

Awful. Wouldn't deal with them again even if someone paid me. We rented from them for years with no issues and really trusted them but upon trying to move out of a property and to another estate agents, I was spoken to like rubbish, lied to and had to chase my deposit with no communication from them for 2 months. Glad to be shut of them.
