I have bought and sold a flat, then sold a house, through Gordon & Co, so have lots of experience with them! In particularly, we have been helped by Kevin Sowah, who was always contactable, efficient and most importantly, friendly and personable. When speaking to him, you always feel like you're having a conversation with a real person, and not just an estate agent. He even gave me and my then-fiancée a bottle of champagne to celebrate our (at the time) upcoming marriage which was really kind. We highly recommend him!

a different experience, I had the pleasure to deal with Kevin Sowah who was honest and transparent from the beginning to the end of the transaction which lasted 7 months !
what you see is what you get with Kevin.
the transaction itself was challenging but Kevin went above and beyond to help to resolve any problem he could help with

Sold a property in Stockwell (Grant House) via Gordon & Co Battersea. I've known Kevin Sowah for a few years. His patience and knowledge of the market and sale process were very impressive. Upon noting what my requirements were, he set about doing his stuff, checking in periodically and came back with a deal. Kevin met the issues encountered on the sale (mortgage, missing certificates amongst other things) with calm and professionalism. I highly recommend Gordon & Co and Kevin.
