Worst agency I have ever dealt with. Completely incompetent of doing anything and everything. Quick to make demands but not return any in favour. If it wasn't for being already settled in our apartment I would never give these people the time of day. Save yourself the stress and deal with anyone else but them.

Gordon & Co - Strata Pavillion

The worst experience I have in renting renting in my life without a doubt. Tried to change name on the lease, ended up being charged for three unsuccessful name changes, and then told we were being evicted for no reason just as the final name change was due to come through. The estate agent was so unhelpful and it was extremely stressful for all tenants involved. Despite all of our attempts to sort it out we were then slugged an 400 pounds off our bond for wear and tear. This was only returned after a google review.... Glad to be out of that house now and steer clear of this company or in particular the property manager named Nazia at the Battersea branch.
