Avoid renting a flat with Gordon and Co. We rented for 1 year, and they attempted to keep 80% of our deposit based on made up damages that were existent before we moved in. A lengthly and stressful process to claim with the DPS, resulting in Gordon and Co dropping the majority of the claims. The flat was on the market for sale, and we're convinced they were pushing to keep our deposit to fund a redecoration.
Very unethical practices and thank goodness for the DPS.

They love you when you move in. They will do everything to charge you when you move out. Avoid!

From the first time we engaged with Kevin he was honest and genuine and felt comfortable to engage him and the team at Gordon and Co in the sale our flat. He is knowledgeable about Chillington Drive and the surrounding area in Battersea which made a difference in the exercise. Would definitely use his services again
