Our Tower Bridge Estate Agent office covers this historical central area of London as well as surrounding areas including Bermondsey, Borough, Rotherhithe, Canada Water and Surrey Quays.
Not only is culture on your doorstep, but the City of London and Canary Wharf are nearby and there are excellent transport links from London Bridge to south London and across southeast England.
The area has a mixture of Victorian terraces, townhouses, and maisonettes, new riverside developments, and purpose built blocks. Property purchase and rental prices are at the higher end of London’s property market. We offer sales agents, letting agents and property management services in Tower Bridge.

I’m not one to kick up a fuss generally with these things but for the sake of protecting future tenants, I decided to give this feedback.
If you’re looking for the worst property management experience as a Tenant, Sophie Mummery is the person you need to ask for. Aside from her ignorance, cynicism and complete disregard for her tenants experience in one of Gordon & CO’s properties, her inability to fix just one simple issue in our flat over our two years tenancy speaks volumes. If Gordon & Co want to improve customer service, I would reconsider whether she is suitable. My liaison with her maternity replacement, Melisha Pall, has been considerably better - I wish her my thanks for all her help.

After numerous frustrating experiences with other London letting agencies our process of renting a property with Gordon & Co was extremely refreshing. Our agent Becky was super personable, professional and helpful throughout the rental process often following up and chasing the management company on our behalf to progress the process. My partner and I are very grateful to Becky for her hard work and would highly recommend renting with the Gordon & Co team.

The process of renting a property with Gordon & Co was extremely smooth, quick and easy. Becky gave us a great impression the first time we met for a viewing. She was super friendly, professional and accommodating throughout the rental process. Both my partner and I are extremely happy with Becky and the whole Gordon & Co team, so really can't recommend them enough. Feeling lucky that we stumbled on such a good estate agency which is genuinely doing their best to help.

Avoid this agent!! Tried to con us out for over £1,400 in charges for damages that were either already in the property or by way overcharging us for the very basic wear and tare! It took us months to resolve and resulted in us disputing to the DPS which we did win.

I had an incredible experience with Gordon & Co. when house hunting and Becky Scrivener, a Lettings Negotiator made all the difference.
She was always responsive, sometimes even outside working hours and was very patient when answering my (numerous and arduous!) questions. The circumstances in which I was looking to rent were quite peculiar, which made it all the more stressful at the onset. However, Becky understood the nature of my situation and went above and beyond to provide creative solutions which she skilfully negotiated with the landlord to ensure that both parties could reach an agreement.
I am incredibly grateful for her support during what could have otherwise been a painful process. I would highly recommend Gordon & Co. to both prospective landlords and tenants.

This was my first good experience with a letting agency after 10 years living in London! Our renting process was managed by George Webb and I was surprised by how efficiently and fast he managed everything. In previous experiences I've had to chase the agents 24/7, but George was so efficient and in top of everything that the process was very smooth and easy.
I would highly recommend the agency and George. Keep on with the good work!

Like many people, I had only ever previously had poor experiences with estate agents, but honestly Gordon & Co has been the first time renting in 9 years I've had such a smooth, pain-free and friendly experience.
Becky and Jacob were both super friendly, professional and accommodating the whole way through the process for myself and my partner. Such a refreshing situation to feel like you're chatting with just real human beings who are just trying to actually help you rent a property in a straightforward way.
Highly recommend renting via Gordon & Co, and really wanna commend Becky and Jacob on doing such a great job along the way!

I would like to give a nice review to Becky Scrivener. Me and my wife have recently moved to our new amazing flat in Grove Street. During the whole process Becky has shown an incredible patience with all our questions and has made everything smooth and easy for us.
