4 months on market with Gordon Lamb, chosen as they claimed to have investment buyers already lined up to buy this type of property. Only contact I had with agent over 4 months was when I called them, no feedback of any viewing. Agent was contracted to arrange Energy Performance Certificate, they never did, but published an unconnected EPC against my property which incorrectly showed poor performance and much improvement work required. Terrible communication, terrible professionalism, wasted time and opportunity, worst estate agent I’ve encountered. I suggest you avoid and find an agent that will actually take some action rather than sitting waiting for potential buyers to choose and come to them rather than any of the other agents available....
