I had a bad experience dealing with Grand Estate agent. They never keep their promises and I completed one year of chase to refund me my deposit of £2,500. They approved the refund and for some reason they paid me £1000 only and they explained it a mistake. Then they promised to pay me the balance of £1500. I keep chasing and they paid me £500. They explained it’s another mistake. I am still waiting for my balance of £1000. I can’t turst this agent anymore. I highly not recommend it for anyone. Be careful when they promise you anything.

It was an incredible experience. Grand Estates is doing an excellent job. We used their assistance in finding a home. Michelle Whittle, in particular, was amazing and quick to respond. She was indeed very helpful throughout the procedure. incredibly professional, efficient, and pleasant dealing with this company was a very positive experience that made the entire process joyful. highly recommended.

Really amazing experience with this agency and huge shout out to Vince A. who was so knowledgeable and friendly throughout the rental process. Vince went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and knowing my long hours was very flexible with viewings and enquiries. The agency even gave me a welcome box with some bubbly for my first day in the property, I have never felt so welcomed by an agency before. Big thank you to Vince and his team!

Do not use this company.
I rented a parking space through them in 2021 whilst I lived in Saffron Square. When time came to end my contract and return my £200 deposit, they have been incredibly unprofessional and unreliable.
My contract ended on the last day of November 2021 and it is now nearly been 2 months of constant back and forth for the return of my deposit. They have promised, Sandra and Samuel, on 3+ occasions that I will receive my deposit and still nothing. I am now writing this review as once again it has not arrived when they said it will.
I will be taking this company to small claims court to get my money back. The whole process has been a waste of my time and very frustrating. I should not be having to go back and forth about a deposit. And bare in mind, they never call back when they say they will. Samuel from accounting is especially hard to get on the phone, but replies to emails quickly when threatened with court action.
Honestly, stay far away from them.

Stay away from such untrustworthy agency and don’t believe a word they say, they will tire you out. On the day we were supposed to move in after we signed and paid, the agent told us that he would cancel the lease because of the landlord’s lack of reference. More than half a month went by and we never received a refund as they promised. I hope no one goes through the same experience again with Grand Estates.

Amazing experience us. Grand Estates. Fantastic estate agents. We used their services to purchase the flat of our dreams. Huge shout out to Michelle Whittle and Sandra McCrae in particular, they were incredible. Always responsive and helpful, they really helped us through a purchase that had many twists and turns and kept us going so now we own the perfect flat for our needs.
I would definitely use their services again. They really care and make every effort to assist you, they get back to you practically immediately with any queries and understand your needs. The whole team is top class. You would be mad not to use their services!

As a student moving can be quite stressful. However I couldn't of had a more stress free moving experience, and that's all down to the wonderful estate agent that worked with me Joseph. Any questions or issues I had he was always available with just a phone call away even outside working hours, I really felt like I could rely on him. He went above and beyond to accommodate me and my fellow tenants as he understood how stressful the moving process was for us. I could not recommend him more a true gentleman and would defiantly return to Grand estate services if ever moving again.

Absolute joke of a company! Took 2 days to respond to our enquiry of a rental property they had advertised on rightmove, which was fine. Then we needed to chase confirmation of our viewing time and were just sent a google calendar event, which we confirmed. We arrived at the property on time but became confused as it did not match the picture online, nor the number we were originally sent. After waiting 5mins we called to find out where they were and were told they would chase their colleague. We received no word back. After waiting another 10mins we called again to be told they were held up at a previous viewing and would be there in 10 mins. We proceeded to wait another 20mins with no further contact from either the agent or the agency. So after waiting half an hour in the rain we decided to leave. We are still to receive a phone call so I dont think the agent ever turned up to the booked viewing. Absolute joke and waste of our time. So unprofessional and won't be recommending them to anyone.

I've rented out my properties with Vince and always found the service provided to be of a very high standard. I am really pleased (and relieved!) that I've found a lettings manager, who is knowledgeable, approachable and trustworthy! I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending his lettings service.
