I started renting from Grantley Lettings, Haslemere 3 Years ago,
throughout the tenancy I liked the way that Shonda and her team at Haslemere dealt with things in a positive, upbeat, proactive and professional way. Nothing is a problem. I liked the Grantley lettings service so much that they now let and manage one of my properties. PS Plus......Nice people to deal with.

I cannot speak more highly of Grantley, in particular Charlie at Godalming and Gemma at Haslemere branches. This couldn’t have been further from experience I’ve had with any other estate agents. Everyone I have spoken with has been professional, helpful and have made me feel like they’ve really gone the extra mile to get me settled into my new home quickly. The little welcome parcel on move in day was the icing on the cake!

We could not recommend Grantley and, specifically, Ed Brett-Field enough. Ed was instrumental in ensuring that our purchase was smooth and stress-free. He was constantly available, helped to liaise with the previous owners and the lawyers and was a reassuring presence all the way from the first showing to the day of our closing (even showing up in the evening with a bottle of champagne to celebrate together). A fantastic company.

I rented a property through Grantley in Haslemere for 2 years, and all my dealings with them as my management agency were positive. They were completely professional and efficient, plus they were always available and approachable.
In particular Shonda and Sarah were always so helpful and, unlike any other agency I’ve dealt with, they were caring and eager to deal with any issue however small.. I would definitely recommend.

This was the second house that we have rented through Grantley. We recently had to move out of our own home in very difficult circumstances and Shonda worked tirelessly to find us suitable accommodation at short notice The service is highly professional but also friendly. I would strongly recommend Grantley to any prospective landlord or tenant.

Grantley Lettings managed 2 properties during a 3 year period that I rented for me and my family. I have to say Shonda and the team we consistently responsive, professional and cared about our experience as tenants as well as the landlord. Impressive, solution focussed and definitely head and shoulders above many letting management companies.

Sarah and Shonda at Grantley looked after our house for us many years ago, so when we returned to Haslemere last year as tenants we immediately called them to help us find a family house to rent. They are just as helpful, kind and knowledgeable as ever. They helped us find a property and the absolutely wonderful Gemma has been so helpful, always cheerful, and quick to respond when we’ve had queries. Grantley are outstanding and highly recommended if you’re looking for a lettings agent in Haslemere.

We are a retired couple who had not rented for a while and so approached the process with some
trepidation. We need not have worried as Shonda Underwood at Haslemere was exceptional in looking after us; quick to alert us in a market short of stock, patient with us while we searched for the right property, highly efficient at each stage of the process and extremely personable at all times. We recommend Grantley and Shonda very highly.

Extremely happy with Gemma and the team at Grantley’s. Can not thank them enough for all their help. They really do have the tenants best interests at heart and nothing is too much bother for them. They kept us informed throughout the whole process and made it as easy as it could be. Would highly recommend going through Grantley’s.

Great experience! It was our first time renting and we where naturally nervous with all of the paperwork and detail on emails with not having a solicitor review everything like you would when buying and selling, but the team made us feel super comfortable and took us through everything we needed to know. Charlie was very responsive on all emails and questions all the way up to the day we moved in and even met us with the keys! Great experience!
