We instructed Green & Co when selling our house in Wantage in early 2023, and found Kevin, James, Sarah and the team incredibly helpful and professional throughout.
Our house sold within the first weekend of viewings, and the sale was proactively managed from there on by Green & Co, with regular updates and communication throughout. The process always felt smooth and straightforward throughout, and overall we were delighted with the service we received and would happily recommend Green & Co to others.

We were really impressed with the team at Green & Co who we sold our house through. We were the end of the chain and without all the calling round that Green & Co did to get the bottom of the chain to move I think the sale would have fallen through. They were on the ball 100%. Green & Co were absolutely amazing getting us into our new apartment. After months of staying in Air BnB we got in touch with them regarding an apartment and within 1 and a half weeks we were moved in! Malcolm was genuinely willing to help us as best he could and kept up the communications every step of the way and following things up for us to meet our desired move in date. I couldn’t recommend Malcolm enough, was the best experience dealing with real estate we have had while being in the UK.
