Outstanding agents, I have just concluded a 13 month tenancy with them, and they have been very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout. I had no issues with the deposit as they were very reasonable. I would recommend this letting agent to anybody.

Excellent service throughout. I’ve been with Green Keys for 2 years and never had a problem. They were very quick and efficient when things with the house needed looking at such as a new bay window. I was always able to contact and communicate well with Shona Smith in particular who dealt with my tenancy. Great communication and all interactions were friendly and informative when needed.

Shona has been an absolute star. Any issues or guidance we needed she has given us her full support. Even where Shona did not know the answers she went out of her way to get an answer for us, as well as being so responsive and quick to respond to any queries. Shona could not of made our move any smoother and could not ask for a better agent to support us. 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Nickie has been absolutely brilliant! We were a little nervous about finding a new flat, as everything seemed to be going so quickly. Nickie arranged a viewing same day we found the flat, despite being very busy. Within 3 days, the application process had started.
Within a month we had moved, the flat is beautiful and Nickie made the process so easy and stress free. Everything was professional, straight forward & she was friendly and approachable with every question I had.
I couldn't recommend green keys more, especially Nickie. Can't thank them enough.

Had 3 weeks to move out before I didn’t have anywhere to stay. Arranged a viewing. Communication within team was excellent, phone call straight back and even though it was all first for me private renting, no question was too stupid. Nikkie was brilliant at sorting and organising everything quickly. Everything was easy to do on apps or phone. Everything was done signed within a week and half and I had a week to move in

Shona has been absolutely incredible from start to finish! As soon as we decided we wanted to rent the property, she was so quick to get the application process started. It’s taken less than 2 weeks to get the application process started and now on Monday we will be picking up our keys! She made sure to see this through from beginning to end. They put our property on the market over 3 months ago now, we have had no contact since and we have had no viewings. Every time we wanted to get hold of Gareth, he never answered texts or phone calls. I’m very disappointed.
