I rented a house with Greenaway Residential for two years. I continue to have nothing but good things to say about Simon, always very friendly, professional and ready to help. Everything was fine in the beginning, really helpful when we sign the contract and help us with the references and kept us informed.
Throughout these two years we had several problems. When something in the house needed to be fixed it did take a while for them to send someone, I understand in this situations it also depends on the landlord but the communication could have been better. My experience with Greenaway started to decline when the landlord decided to sell the flat and we started to feel a huge pressure to allow all the viewings no matter the time which was difficult since me and my housemate both work as cabin crew and we have different schedules than a normal job. They were not understanding nor helpful. We sent emails notifying them of the weeks we couldn't have viewings but it happened that someone came anyway without informing us. Another similar situation happened when they booked a viewing with a potential buyer and no one showed up and asked us if it could be my housemate showing the house to the person. The worst thing that happened was when Raj decided to go to our flat for a viewing, without our confirmation, when we previously said we did not want any viewings without one of us present, and after that he locked the house using the wrong door lock so when I came back from work I couldn't get inside my house. Fortunately Simon was available to help me. We never got an apology from Raj and even later on we was never pleasant on his emails. At the end of the tenancy they continued not being flexible or understanding at all. Even returning the keys was a problem since they kept changing the arranged time (three times) even 15 minutes before the scheduled time. I do recommend Greenaway if you are a very flexible person without a job ready to meet all their schedules because they won't try to meet yours, and hopefully you'll be lucky enough not to deal with Raj. It was a shame because I really had high regards of Greenaway after signing the house contract. Unfortunately it only takes one bad employee to tarnishes the reputation of the agency. Overall it was just a very stressful experience.

First class from Simon, Raj and Darren. Simon and Raj's dedication to get my sale completed was amazing. I had a few problems with my conveyancing and Darren stepped in to assist, he escalated my case and got things moving along for me. Cannot fault these guys and I would recommend them for Sales and Purchases 100%. Thanks Darren, Simon and Raj for your 1 class service, you've been brilliant!

Recently sold my house via Greenaway residential. It was initially with a competitor and was on the market for approximately 2 months. It had several viewings however no offers.
Greenaway had the property marketed with them for only a short period. They accompanied every viewing unlike the other agent and successfully sold the house.
After the offer had been accepted all correspondents were dealt with expeditiously. All in all my dealings with Simon and Raj were all very positive.

I have recently used Greenaway to advertise and find new tenants for my property. All staff I have deal with, particularly Emily, have been professional, helpful and responsive. The property was advertised on numerous sites with an in-depth description as well as a floor plan and clear professional photos. New tenants were found the same day the property was advised and from start to finish Greenaway have made the process a stress and hassle free experience. I will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agent.
