Called the office enquiring about a property. Admin person or whoever it was that answered had no clue what I was talking about. Then after explaining for ages what I had called for, they promised me call back from a colleague with all details. Still waiting for a phone call. Checked their website for property details. Nothing on there at all. 2 stars as the person who answered was polite otherwise would've been 1 star... Read more

Do not trust these guys at all as they have not given us our rent for over 2 months now but this has happened many times now and we have had to constantly chase them up. This is very unprofessional and unreliable! Once again do not trust these guys.... Read more

I have used many estate agents before but the quality of Greengates is excellent. I get my rent quickly and the fees are of a great price. They also are very quick in processing paperwork. I needed a accommodation report and the lady had been really polite and delivered it quickly to a high standard. i will definitely recommend Greengates Properties... Read more

Fraudsters. Please do not use them for selling/buying or renting properties. I have submitted a report about them to the National Crime Agency. I wouldnt be surprised if they swallow your fees/deposits and go bankrupt.... Read more

Why is it, that you never give us our rent on time? You're lucky my dad won't let us call the police on you, cuz he knows you. Almost every other month the rent is either late or not there at all. Then we have to call you up AGAIN to ask for our LAWFULLY entitled MONEY. So recently (10 days ago) we called you up saying the payment is late again and for 2 months we haven't received anything, lady on the phone says we should receive it in 3 days. ???????? Yeah I'll believe that when I actually see the money see the money in the account. Don't worry after this it won't take long to persuade my dad to call the police on you guys. ???? I hope you choke on our money you owe us.... Read more
