AVOID!!!
Worst agency i have dealt with!
Drove from London for viewing. And due to car accident traffic was horrible and made us late. Called agency to let them know that we late unforseen circumstances and we were told off. Lady called Katerina very unprofessional ,not accommodating us. Just a waist of time and petrol!

Joe & Chris are positively amazing. We had a bit of a bumpy ride in selling our home and finally buying our dream home but through it all they were there. We had an extremely challenging property to sell due to it needing extensive renovation and updating. Greenleaf were very proactive in finding us a buyer and kept us informed at every stage. From viewings, which they were happy to attend, right through to exchange of contracts we were kept fully in the picture. I unequivocally have no reservations in recommending Greenleaf as we received excellent service both in the way the sale was handled and finding us a buyer.

We have recently sold our property in Rochester through Greenleaf and cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish their service was brilliant. Their knowledge of the local market was far in excess of the other estate agents we considered, as was their ability to highlight the benefits of our property to prospective buyers - ultimately helping us to achieve an asking price offer in a challenging market. Further to this, their proactive approach in sales progression was hugely appreciated and really helped to minimise stress. Dealing with Greenleaf Property is a wonderful experience. After being in UK, I have met different est agents for different reasons. Greenleaf Property is the third est agent I met in UK. Previously, B?n Si??ins and hXXrt, they are scumbags, they don’t reply you and ignore your needs and requests. They made like trading in black hole and they lied to me. These experiences were my long nightmares. However, Greenleaf Property is totally different. This time, I was being a buyer, I didn’t pay for Greenleaf Property, but Greenleaf Property treated me as VIP! They replied me within two hours each time after I asked some questions. And, they didn’t reject my viewing requests that I had viewed the property few times. Especially, I should thank Chris and Joe. They helped me actively and proactively to solve problems that I could have spare time to solve other home moving issues. Thank you, Chris and Joe!
