Grey Estates took care of my father when he moved just before Christmas. At the time his move was not planned and he was not in the best of health and he found it very difficult. Marie, Laura and Sara were absolutely brilliant. From the viewing to moving in all done in 3 weeks and a flawless procedure. The team kept me up to date with everything, regular emails, copies of paperwork, and lots of friendly phone calls. Having never needed to deal with an agency like this I was unsure what to expect especially as my father's current letting agent were poles apart in relation to customer service. Awful. Lost out on a sale due to a mixture of sheer incompetence and clear indifference. They had zero desire to make the sale of the house a smooth experience for both the seller and the would be buyer.
