My experience with Greystones was 5 star from start to finish. As a first time buyer they supported me through the journey and were sure to keep me up to date and informed throughout. We were able to complete on the property just over two months from first viewing the property and everything was as simple and straightforward as could be. Just want to say how incredible Greystones have been throughout buying a property, cannot fault them!
Carl showed us round our first Property, very approachable, very helpful, answered all our questions, really informative!
Owen showed us around on our 2nd viewing, very friendly, very informative and also gave us some great ideas!
Kevin also been really approachable, extremely helpful with any queries about the process (first time buyers so new to this!) & friendly, kept us updated on everything!
But everything was extremely quick, and I cannot thank Greystones enough for all the help to make buying our first home a smooth one! 100% recommend without a doubt!!

The people at Greystones were lovely to deal with. I was kept up to date on viewings and got feedback quickly. It is an advantage to have someone there following up progress after an offer has been made too.
As someone selling a house on behalf of someone else and not knowing the local market I was very much guided by them. The eventual price was 7% lower than the initial guide price which was disappointing but I was selling in the winter which would have had an impact and I needed a quick sale.

Had an awful experience with Greystones. Kevin Booth, managing director was the person me and my partner was dealing with and he was extremely unprofessional. We found a house we loved, viewed a few times and put in an offer that was accepted. During that process Kevin was already being unprofessional by not responding to my partner, not taking care when sending emails negotiating prices and sending over wrong figures. Around a week after our offer was accepted, we hadn’t heard anything from Kevin yet so I emailed him to then receive an email back telling me that the vendor had actually decided to pull out and accept a different offer presented to her after ours had already been accepted. We understand the vendor had her rights to do so however we should not of found this information out because we reached out to Kevin, we should of been informed immediately as we was already in the process of applying for the mortgage. Really ruined our experience as first time buyers. After all of that Kevin has not bothered to respond to us again and completely ignored us, disgusting behaviour.

I had a difficult sale, losing my buyer twice when already packed and on the brink. Greystones were superb. They were encouraging and helpful and practical, and over the months have really become friends. I would never go anywhere else, and would recommend them to anyone. Moving is traumatic enough - take the estate agents who will ease you through it.

We've moved a few times while renting in the past, but this was our first time selling an inherited property - the Greystones team walked us through the whole process with ease, and took care of every aspect with no fuss. Everyone was very professional and friendly - they also had useful contacts for solicitors, removal companies, etc, as well as solid advice regarding negotiating the sale. Very happy to recommend this company!
