A very stressful time, but the branch staff were very helpful & reassuring. I feel like the sales progresser could have been a bit more proactive in communication but the end came eventually! Katie S in Hornchurch branch was very supportive & knowledgeable,
Nothing was too much trouble for her, she’d always make a phone call to get results when others just sent endless emails.

I had the worst experience selling my father's house with Griffin. I was told that the buyer was a cash buyer when in fact they were not! I was not kept informed when the sale of the buyers property fell through, in fact I was lied to along the way what the current situation was. This was all blamed on two members of staff who supposedly "left" the company and they took no responsibility at all , eventhough my contract was with them not the individual employee. I would never use Griffin again

William has been a great help, from replying promptly to any emails sent, to going out of his way to ensure I was able to fit in a second viewing on the property I am purchasing. I am yet to exchange and complete on the property but so far William has ensured the process has been smooth sailing. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and Griffin estate agents.

Both William and Sally were so much help when putting my property on the market and also helping me find a forever home. They are very flexible with what they can offer and also very accommodating when I ask for advice. My partner and I were looking to buy our first home but we did not really know where to start. I had a phone call with a good lad called William, he put us forward to a brilliant mortgage advising company who have also been great help. I had such a great discussion with William when I visited the Hornchurch office a day after the phone call, he has been there for me through the whole process of finding a home. Griffin Hornchurch has never let me down with their services. I hope William and I will stay in touch even after I have found a suitable home for my partner and I.
