You do not need to pay some agents extortionate fees, they provided me the sign and a professional photo shoot of the house as well as the listing across all platforms ie zoopla, rightmove etc. As well as always being available on the phone and email. We thought we'd try Griffin Residential as it was fairly cheap and we were recommended, the whole service has been an absolute pleasure.
